While it is our job to bring you a wide variety of fresh, delectable vegetables that impress all by their lonesome, finding the perfect recipe can really make them shine. With over 120 varieties of produce – kohlrabi, fennel, pea tendrils, and squash blossoms – some might induce some head scratching. But experimentation is half the fun and Plough & Stars resident chef Nancy Darish is here to guide the way.
Nancy is a graduate of the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts (and a fellow Medford native) and is schooled in provincial and classical French cuisine as well as regional Italian. She is a regular at our pickups so come with questions and expect to leave hungry.
